Review for Moonlight by Lisa Kessler - 5 out of 5!

Rancher Adam Sloan is more than meets the eye. As the heir to his Pack, the sexy werewolf’s biggest challenge is keeping his kin’s true nature under wraps. But a group of jaguar shifters threatens to reveal the pack, blasting into town killing humans in plain sight. And when he smells one at the local diner, his standing orders are to take her out.

Lana Turpin doesn’t realize she’s a moving target. Raised in the foster system, she only knows that she blacks out during the new moon and wakes up without remembering a thing. But now she’s being tracked by some strange organization that wants her back—even though she’s never stepped foot inside their compound. And the stranger across the diner is watching her like an enemy.

It should be a simple mission for Adam, but when he touches the frustratingly beautiful Lana, his inner wolf howls…mate. Now, the two must find and stop the people who hunt her…and Adam must keep his own family from killing the only woman he will ever love.

This is terrific! Loved the premise and loved the characters! Add in some awesome shifters and I'm super happy! I listened to this in audio, and the listening experience was great! Loved the male and female dual narration! Excited to listen to the next books in the series! Love Lisa Kessler's books! Really looking forward to reading more in this series, and more from Lisa Kessler! In Moonlight, Lana has some people after her and at first she isn't sure why. When she runs into Adam, things become clear when he tells her she's a shifter as well. There's a problem though, she's a jaguar shifter and Adam is a wolf shifter, and wolf shifters and jaguar shifters don't really get along. When Adam recognizes Lana as his mate, he knows his pack won't be too accepting of Lana. Loved that scenario! Love the element of danger and suspense with the people after Lana, and there's a bit of mystery surrounding a secret organization. The romance is sweet and sexy, and Lana and Adam are too cute! I also loved the side characters, and am looking forward to their stories! Definitely looking forward to the audio!
