Review for Mountain Hero by Cheryl Yeko - 4 out of 5

Broken Engagement:
Finding her fiancé cheating with her best friend was bad enough, but when Michelle heads up the Rocky Mountains for a little R & R, it goes from bad to worse when her car breaks down during a major snowstorm.

Mountain Hero:
Along a deserted stretch of highway, Jason rescues a beautiful woman who’s being accosted by two men. But can he keep her safe when they’re left stranded during a harsh winter storm?

Love Blossoms:
Sometimes, one finds their Soul Mate in the most unexpected places.

I loved the whole premise of being stranded in snowstorm with a sexy man! Michelle just had a bad break-up, so she decides to get away for a little bit. Unfortunately, she gets stranded in the middle of nowhere during a snowstorm, and then she runs into a couple of bad guys with dirty, nasty thoughts in their head. Luckily, Jason comes along to help, but they both end up stranded. Jason isn't exactly the alpha mountain man I was expecting, but he is a sweetheart! I liked the connection between Michelle and Him, and the story is entertaining. I listened to the audio, and the narrator does an okay job. He doesn't really emote emotion, but his performance was clear and he has a nice tone to his voice. The story is pretty short, so I did want a bit more ending, but Mountain Hero is entertaining. There's some steam, and I liked the scenario with the bad guys. Enjoyable listen.
